Evento is located in Richmond Hill, Ontario, serving weddings throughout Toronto and the GTA.
We are happy to travel across Ontario and, for select celebrations, beyond the province.
Travel and accommodation fees may apply depending on the location.
How far in advance should I book my floral design?
We recommend booking your wedding florals as early as possible, as dates are often secured a year or more in advance.
Once you’ve confirmed your venue and wedding date, floral design is typically one of the first vendors couples choose to ensure availability and allow plenty of time for thoughtful planning and custom design.
How much does wedding floral design cost?

What happens during the complimentary consultation?
We will begin by scheduling a complimentary consultation. During our initial meeting, we’ll ask a thoughtful series of questions and discuss your wedding vision, overall scale, and expectations in detail. This allows us to understand what matters most to you and ensures a seamless, personalized planning experience from the very beginning.
What does a wedding planner do?
A wedding planner provides guidance and support throughout your planning process, tailoring their role to your needs.
This can include timeline creation, vendor coordination, ceremony logistics, design visioning, and seamless execution on your wedding day. At Evento, we work collaboratively with you to bring clarity, calm, and beauty to your celebration from concept to completion.
When should we book a wedding planner?
We recommend securing your wedding planner as soon as you’ve confirmed your venue and wedding date — ideally 9–12 months in advance. If you’re looking for support with venue selection from the very beginning, booking 12–18 months ahead is even better.
Planning early gives you access to your preferred vendors, allows time for thoughtful design decisions, and ensures a seamless, stress-free planning experience.
